Subject: [PATCH] chore: release 2026.10.26.4

Bump VERSION to 2026.10.26.4 and date its CHANGELOG.md entry: every
CKA lesson step shown the exam way, ./ksim lesson lint, failed host
setups marked, from 226ef19.
