Subject: [PATCH] chore: release 2026.10.27.2

Bump VERSION to 2026.10.27.2 and date its CHANGELOG.md entry: the
audit of the 105 CKA solutions rewritten in 2026.10.27.1, all proven
on v1.37, from 3b72021.
